From party-of-one to party-of-twoniverse! For some of us as children, if we were left alone, felt alone, and were valued for being able to do things alone, we became anxious children. Feeling, doing, and thinking alone became the “party-of-one” internal identity. As we heal and rise, we move into the “party-of-twoniverse” internal identity, where we can ask to collaborate, cooperate, and commune with each other…and with the universe can provide!
So much of DYNAMIC is about saying yes. We say yes to allowing our feelings. We say yes to where we are. We say yes to reaching for more even when afraid. We say yes to willingness. We say yes to the life experience.
Smack in the middle of COVID, the year 2020, my best friend Charles and “the president of my fan club” as I entitle him, lovingly designed and gifted me a red t-shirt with a flaming heart.
