Refund Cutoff
Cancel on or before this date for a full refund of everything you've paid, regardless of which plan you're on. After November 1, nothing paid is refundable — no exceptions. This is also the last day to start a 3-month payment plan.

Everything You Need to Know

If you cancel on or before November 1, 2026 at 11:59pm (GMT-5), everything you've paid will be refunded — no matter which payment plan you're on. If you cancel after November 1, nothing paid will be refunded, no exceptions. November 1 is also the last day to start a 3-month payment plan. To cancel, notify Claudia in writing. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance and booking refundable flights.

You are responsible for researching and obtaining any visa required for entry into Colombia. Check your government's official travel website for requirements, passport validity rules, vaccinations, and any reciprocity fees. A booking confirmation will be provided after purchase to assist with visa applications.

Yes. A full and valid passport is required. Most international trips require your passport to be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the end of your trip — February 13, 2027. Please check your passport well in advance. Refunds will not be issued due to passport issues.

Absolutely. This retreat has a special deep-dive focus built for graduates: the Clairs — clairvoyance, clairsentience, claircognizance, and clairaudience. If you've been asking about energy training and taking your intuitive gifts further, this is the answer. Coming through the Empath Leader in this immersive format is not a repeat. It's a completely new layer.

A minimum of 6 travelers must confirm by October 1, 2026. If that number isn't met — or if unexpected force majeure events occur — the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled. You will be notified within 7 days of the deadline and issued a refund of all amounts paid minus any non-recoverable costs already committed. We will always notify you at least 7 days before any deadline changes.

The hotel will be announced upon confirmation of the retreat. It will be a 5-star property in Cartagena. Everyone gets their own room — single occupancy is included. No roommates, no compromise on your rest and privacy.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

These policies protect everyone — including the ability to deliver this retreat at the level you deserve. Please read carefully before booking.

Refunds

Cancel on or before November 1, 2026 at 11:59pm (GMT-5) — everything you've paid will be refunded, regardless of which payment plan you're on.

Cancel after November 1, 2026 — no refunds will be issued on any amount. No exceptions.

November 1 is also the last day to start a 3-month payment plan.

How to Cancel

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Claudia. Verbal notice is not accepted. Your cancellation date is the date written notice is received.

If the Host Cancels

If the retreat is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or force majeure, you will be notified by November 1, 2026 and issued a refund of all amounts paid, minus any non-recoverable costs already committed on the group's behalf (such as venue deposits and guide fees). A full accounting of any deductions will be provided.

Strongly recommended: Purchase comprehensive travel insurance and book refundable flights. The trip requires a minimum of 6 confirmed travelers. Schedule and activities are subject to minor changes for safety or logistical reasons.
