The Cartagena retreat is the first move. This is the Empath Leader Training — the full curriculum, all the modules — in a brand new immersive format. In person. In Colombia. Seven transformational days.

Why Seven Days

The Sacred Number

The number 7 universally symbolizes spiritual awakening, wisdom, and the search for truth. It is widely considered a number of completeness and perfection, bridging the gap between the earthly world and the divine.

Seven days is also the minimum amount of time it takes for your nervous system to actually begin to shift — to stop waiting for the retreat to end and start letting it in. This is not a weekend. It's long enough for something to actually happen.

The retreat is confirmed when 6 people have placed their deposit. Once we hit 6 — we are going to Colombia. All deposits are non-refundable.

Last Day to Cancel for Balance Refund

Any balance paid beyond your deposit will be refunded if written cancellation notice is received on or before this date. After July 30th, no refunds of any amount will be issued.

Everything You Need to Know

All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your balance on or before July 30, 2026 at 11:59pm (GMT-5), your remaining balance will be refunded. If you cancel after July 30th, no refunds will be issued on any amount paid. To cancel, notify Claudia in writing. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance and booking refundable flights.

You are responsible for researching and obtaining any visa required for entry into Colombia. Check your government's official travel website for requirements, passport validity rules, vaccinations, and any reciprocity fees. A booking confirmation will be provided after purchase to assist with visa applications.

Yes. A full and valid passport is required. Most international trips require your passport to be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the end of your trip — November 7, 2026. Please check your passport well in advance. Refunds will not be issued due to passport issues.

Absolutely. This retreat has a special deep-dive focus built for graduates: the Clairs — clairvoyance, clairsentience, claircognizance, and clairaudience. If you've been asking about energy training and taking your intuitive gifts further, this is the answer. Coming through the Empath Leader in this immersive format is not a repeat. It's a completely new layer.

A minimum of 6 travelers must confirm by June 30th. If that number isn't met — or if unexpected force majeure events occur — the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled. You will be notified by July 30, 2026 and issued a refund of all amounts paid minus any non-recoverable costs already committed. We will always notify you at least 7 days before any deadline changes.

The hotel will be announced upon confirmation of the retreat. It will be a 5-star property in Cartagena. Everyone gets their own room — single occupancy is included. No roommates, no compromise on your rest and privacy.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

These policies protect everyone — including the ability to deliver this retreat at the level you deserve. Please read carefully before booking.

Your Deposit

All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Placing a deposit means your spot is held and financial commitments are made on your behalf. This is what makes the retreat possible for the whole group.

Your Balance

Cancel on or before July 30, 2026 at 11:59pm (GMT-5) — your balance beyond the deposit will be refunded.

Cancel after July 30, 2026 — no refunds will be issued on any amount. No exceptions.

How to Cancel

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Claudia. Verbal notice is not accepted. Your cancellation date is the date written notice is received.

If the Host Cancels

If the retreat is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or force majeure, you will be notified by July 30, 2026 and issued a refund of all amounts paid, minus any non-recoverable costs already committed on the group's behalf (such as venue deposits and guide fees). A full accounting of any deductions will be provided.

Strongly recommended: Purchase comprehensive travel insurance and book refundable flights. The trip requires a minimum of 6 confirmed travelers. Schedule and activities are subject to minor changes for safety or logistical reasons.
